Sent work units with wrong username.

I configured the client on one of my laptops with the wrong username (must have been really tired). Now I noticed I sent 9 work units using the wrong username. However, I used the correct PASSKEY!!!! I hope I can redirect those work units to the correct username, or passkeys are useless. Totally and utterly useless.

I don't believe you can get those back.
(I could be wrong)
The passkey is used primarily so other
people can't use your name for nefarious
deeds.

OK, I get it.

Is there any chance one could contact an admin of some sorts? I don't hold my hopes too high.

I'm pretty sure they have said that they don't reassign points for any reason. I can't pull a quote, but I am pretty sure that was said.

That's correct.

@ old_fool, welcome to the forum and the wrong user name club. Typos are common, there are many members in the same boat, I'm one of them.

Just wanted to say that the more frustrating thing is that there's this wrongly spelled user in the team stats page, and it just looks stupid

I'm rowing the same ors

... Created a client yesterday and hit Team-19 v.s. Team-10 .. they got 1720pts from me ..

was the first time since I've started folding that Iv'e folded for a different team, and now it's being posted under my user name as having two teams on the stanford site.

I dont mind about the points or WU, I just wanted to have only one team affiliaction. I guess I'll be more careful in the future
