I have a shortcut set up for the group stats ... if I reduce this to the web site ... when for example I want to come here ... I get redirected to a new URL 3 times (!!!) before with the 4th I get to a useable page. This is a bug#design flaw I think. You should be able to replace the first two pages reached by the 4th and that would mean only one recirection from any of them.

Can you post the URL of the page you use and if possible, the 3 redirections?
The one I noticed is: http://fah-web.stanford.edu/ redirecting to http://www.stanford.edu/group/pandegroup/folding/ redirecting to http://folding.stanford.edu/. Since it reached where I expected it to at the end, I didn't worry too much about the intermediate redirection.

The official url for the project is folding.stanford.edu. Everything else redirects you there.
