New folder with a question

Post by Naq108 »

Hi. :)

I just started using "life with playstation" on my PS3 a few days ago and now I am considering installing the uniprocessor client on my PC.

My question is if I use the same donor name and team number on my PC as I am currently using on my PS3 will the points be combined under the same donor name? Or will my PS3 and PC just show up as two separate donors with the same name?

Thanks.

They will be one donor, but make sure it is a unique name, otherwise your points may be combined with someone elses. you can set a passkey on the PC, im not sure about doing this with the PS3. If you cant though, You can always set up a private team for your use.

Hi Naq108, welcome to the forum!

As ferrari12508 said, ensure the username and team id (if any) is correct set in the uniprocessor client information. Your stats will be combined under the same donor name. Several people here run multiple types of clients (PS3 and PC being one among them) and will be able to help you, if you run into trouble.

If you like to be able to 'monitor' how they're performing separately like i do.. i just made my names smASHer88 & smASHer88_PS3 just to differentiate them. Otherwise use the same name to push your 'donator rank' higher.
Cheers
