GPU2 vs CPU

I was wondering if the GPU could calculate advanced proteins such as 3903 like the CPU can.
Is there a limit to which types it can do?
Just one of the things I don't know yet.

Doesn't really mention the flexibility of the client.
I guess we will have to wait and see how those larger WUs work on these GPUs.
