Add support Intel iGPU

Hello!

Is it possible to add support for Intel Arc GPUs ?
(which is built into the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H and similar CPUs)

In addition that generation of iGPU does not include hardware FP64 support which current GPU folding cores require.
