I Hope you are well?
I am attempting to create a new Folding at Home account however I am having some troubles.
Firstly while i created an account, i received the email verification link but when clicking on the verification link i receive a email verification token can only be used once followed by an API call GET verification failed error.
At this point I attempted to create an account again however the account was in use but username/password would not login.
I then completed a reset password request. I selected Folding@home to select a strong passphrase however again received DB1644 Verification failed errors.
I then completed basic troubleshooting on the PC, this included clearing cookies and cache, trying alternate browsers, etc.
I repeated the password reset process 3 times, as mentioned, across different browsers and selecting even stronger pass phrase. All resulting in the same error.
Can you please assist as I am confident that this issue isnt a local PC problem rather an account issue. I would strongly prefer to not use an alternate email address.
If you require, i have screenshots avaliable of the errors recieved.
