Failed core download

I have a new computer running windows 11 with all updates. It's a Ryzen 7 9700x with an older GPU (Radeon RX 5700XT).
It seems to try to download the work unit and the core, but it never succeeds. It hasn't received the core in over a week. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client.

Another problem is that the CPU disappears as well. Then it doesn't process any work units.

Please advise what information you would like from me to help troubleshoot these problems.
