Stuck in shutting down

I almost fully completed a WU last night, it ended up getting stuck on 100%, but when reviewing the logs I had the error:

WU10:Watchdog triggered, requesting soft shutdown down
WU10:Watchdog shutdown failed, hard shutdown triggered

I didn't think it would be a super big problem, but I paused the other projects that were running, and restarted my PC, and the WU is STILL stuck in the "Shutting down" phase, any idea on this?
