Lately I've been getting a constant run of 10053 errors mixed in with the usual progress updates in my folding logs. It seems to occur only with work units coming from Flatiron University, not with tasks from other institutions. Is this a known issue associated with that source?
My internet service is pretty limited, around 5 Mbps down and 0.5 Mbps up. I’m wondering if a slow connection might be triggering these errors, even though the client shouldn’t need a steady connection except when sending or receiving results.
I’m not very knowledgeable about networking, so if anyone can explain what might be happening in simple terms, I’d appreciate it.
