Re: Brief Overview Of F@h Beta Team Membership
Discord: antifragilite
Folding: DH (https://stats.foldingathome.org/donor/id/59099)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900X
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5070
OS: Arch Linux (btw
)
System is stable, monitored daily
I’ve been folding for a few months now under the name "DH", mainly focusing on GPU WUs but also contributing some CPU time occasionally. I'm familiar with much of the inner workings of the F@H client including configuration and log locations, I track WU performance so I can catch errors or anomalies. I'm already in the Discord server discussing F@H-related topics from time to time, I just finally learned about the forum group here and came here to make this post.
I’d like to take part in the beta team to help test new projects and FahCores before they go public, to help smooth out issues that affect the wider donor population. I understand that beta projects can sometimes result in instability or lost points, and I’m completely fine with that as part of the process.
I’ve read and agree to the guidelines and conditions for beta team membership, including the expectations around feedback, troubleshooting, and responsible testing.
Thank you!
