just plugged in a GTX 1660 Super, Turing Arch.
0x10de:0x2187:2:7:TU116 [GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER] from white list!
Client shows it greyed out, & mouseing to the enable check box shows unsupported.
OS: win 11 Pro
Driver 576.02 4/16/25
can some one explain why the client ignores it's own set-up file?
Unsupported GPU

Re: Unsupported GPU
Where did you download the driver from? MS Windows Update, or direct from AMD's support site? It matters. It may take updating drivers, doing a full restart of the PC, and possibly reinstalling the client for it to pick up the GPU, and whether it has OpenCL support.
Re: Unsupported GPU
Intel not amd, i7-14700k
driver downloaded from Nvidea website latest driver dated 4/16/25
pasted wrong line in first post should be
0x10de:0x21c4:2:7:TU116 [GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER] should not make a difference.
I'll let the current CPU wu finish then uninstall & start over from scratch!
I had less trouble 15 yrs ago running fedora 10, 2 gpu's to a box

Re: Unsupported GPU
My mistake, mind is fuzzy from a week of being sick. Recognized 1660 as being an AMD model. Unfortunately Windows and driver installs can be painful, and then the client needs to detect OpenCL and CUDA being present.

Re: Unsupported GPU
Please download GPUZ, and post your cards PCI ID (screenshot of main window will be fine too)
Though it might be that Nvidia no longer bundles OpenCL or CUDA libraries with their drivers for old cards. Wtf?
Also in V8 web UI, lock on the system information icon and take a screenshot, please
