Download is very slow again: to download 41MB took 10 minutes. (from Budapest, Hungary. my internet connection is 1 Gb symmetric fiber optical)

It may be an international (intercontinential) congestion.

Earlier in this topic MTU size was mentioned. They found some servers were having issues when client networks were using jumbo frames, MTU settings above 1500. Does that apply to your systems?
