Stats page shows unranked and won’t track.

When logged into the client page and I click on stats it will show my user name with my WU at zero and my points at zero as well. With the green banner of unranked donor. But if I search my name on the stats page ( VaultTec ) it continues to track my progress and contributions correctly. Any way to remedy this issue.

I am, same username set across the 5 machines I have linked and running. When I click on my name it takes me to the stats page with the same name ( passkey set up ) that seems to be tracking accurately. As the WU compete it updates that and the points as well on the stats page.

Yes I can. It quit working yesterday.
First one shows I’m logged in with along with using the passkey.



Shows the problem I’m having.


And this one shows completed WU are still being credited to the right account.


I hope I did all that right, get it screenshots remotely on phone while at work.

What is browser console showing when you are trying to open stats section of fahclient? Any red texts?

No, no, right click on that page and select Source, then click on Console and try flipping through the sections of fahclient Web interface

Ok, so I got to here when opening up the source but a little more detail in what do to next will be appreciated. And thank you so far for the help. This is out of the realm of my knowledge.

Sorry wrong instructions
Right click fahclient Web UI and select Inspect. On the right hand side things going to open up, showing Elements. Next icon to the right of the Elements is Console. Click on that and try going into Stats section of Web UI. Give it couple of seconds and make a screenshot of that. Send me a DM with the screenshot

Update. It kind of fixed itself but now the tracking is off. Its progress none the less, just need the two to sync up.

Humm that's really wired, when I log out the stats page tracks correctly but when I log in it's back to showing like the previous post.

Didn't read the 2nd part. Is there any way to get the passkey to be active to get the bonus points? Got one sent and activated 2 days ago.
