Cannot login after changing computers

This might be a basic question, but I also cannot find a solution in the forum. Switched from an old Mac Pro on macOS 10.14.6 using FAHControl 7.6.9 to a new Mac Mini on macOS 15.1. FAHControl will not load my credentials on the new Mac, and is stuck in a "local" configuration. Went to website to download new software. Apparently now it's all web-based, which is fine. Problem is I cannot log in. Using stored email and password, the Login button stays gray (as in unavailable... as if I haven't correctly filled in the entry fields). When I tried "Forgot your passphrase?", an error returns that says "DB1643: Login not found". I was using the client on the old computer yesterday, so it's not like I've been inactive. Then based on some threads on the forum, I tried to register a new account, entering the username and passkey from the config.xml file. The Login button remains gray here as well, so now I cannot see how to proceed. I did confirm that the config.xml file is identical on the new Mac. With close to 8M points and almost 5000 WUs, I really don't want to start over from zero!

v7 did not have accounts.
Your passkey is not a password/passphrase.

Thank you the prompt replies. I do know the the passkey and passphrase are fundamentally different. Everything works now - which I thank you for - but a the new problem cropped up when using the "Forgot your passphrase?" option. After I enter my email address, an error appears that says"Your passphrase must be at least 10 characters long". That makes no sense if you're trying to get an email to reset your passphrase.

I’m not familiar with the forgot passphrase dialog.

I'm going to create a ticket.
I know there were a lot of changes recently, which may have introduced this bug.

The v8-3 web control forgot passphrase seems to be working.

I ran into the same problem. I wound up installing 7.5.1 on my new computer, and that works.
