Bought a new computer with Windows 11. Downloaded FAH software and tried to sign in. No record of my email address or account.
Any suggestions?

Unless you create an account, there will be no record of one. The email used to get a passkey does not register an account with the F@h servers. It is only stored so that using the same username and email will get the same passkey sent out to that email address.
