Ok but in this case, my passkey is linked to the account who don't work and I can use it with the new email :-/

The email you used to generate a passkey has nothing to do with a web control account.

When you register to a new web control account, the passKEY you put in the form is linked to this account and you can't use it in another account. It's logical but when the newly account can't be accessed (because, for example, you don't receive validation or reset e-mails), it's a problem. OK, not a BIG problem but I want tu receive my points

But let's not stray from the subject : The big problem is still not receiving e-mails.

Not true. You can have multiple accounts that have the same passkey in account settings.

I suggested you use another email to get around the validation email being blocked by your email provider.

I will have to try myself and ask Joseph.

One thought that comes to mind is that the username might tied to passkey in a database.

I have previously had multiple accounts with the same user, team, passkey. Long ago.

I know there are people that want to have some machines folding for different teams, but with same user.
This would require multiple accounts, or clients that are not linked to an account.

I know Joseph recently changed the validation for the register form.
It might be overzealous with the passkey now.

Hi:

I have been crunching on Folding@Home for a while. My passkey was 7a1536fec71918007a1536fec7191800

I have downloaded and installed the new version V8.317. Everything was going until I tried to input the above passkey. I am now getting the error message: Login not found

Can someone provide me with some assistance here?
