Trying to merge new and old account....

Good afternoon all. I use to do F@H, but RL forced me to stop. Now that I can again I went to look for my old account, but could not find it.

New Account (DMC1648 ID: 700463963)
Old Account (Ben_Geruc ID: 85643453)

Is there any way to merge the two accounts and keep the new name DMC1648? Or would I just have to stop using the new account and switch my client to the old account? Sorry for the odd ball request.

I am just a user, but my bet is no way ever.

If there was any way to change them, scammers would already have stolen all our points.

JimboPalmer is correct. A decision was made in the early days of the F@h project that once credited, WUs and the points would remain assigned to the username and team they were submitted under.

I just upgraded to Windows Client 8.3.17 and my team association is gone. How do I get it back? If I can’t get them back?

How do I get the F@H web page to recognize the machine that’s running the very same web browser?

What browser? If it's Brave browser, try "Shields Down" feature.

Are you sure the client is running? There should be an icon for it in the sys tray.
