My points and rank aren't updating

Hello, I've just started with this and I'm excited except my rank isn't being updated on my statistics page. I checked with folding at home of my brothers computer and his rank hasn't updated as well. It just says we're both rank number Rank 3,001,099 of 3,001,099 which cant be right.

It would be great if anyone knows what's going on.

There are some thresholds that once reached will result in more frequent updates of the stats as additional WUs are returned. Mostly they relate to rankings, you should be seeing stats for total points credited and WUs processed. You can check on individual WUs returned using this app - https://apps.foldingathome.org/wu. If entries are not showing up within a few hours after a WU was returned you can report that here and it can be looked into.

For this page: https://apps.foldingathome.org/wu I entered in my details based on the client and it said not found. Also I can't really check for WUs that I've already completed right cause I will have forgotten the project number right?

That credits for WUs helped bollix47. So it sounds like once I complete 10 WUs I'll start getting bonuses for finishing them early and my ranking should shoot up a fair bit quicker?

I've got a 7600x at 5.3ghz folding now and my 7700xt is arriving this week so I'm excited to use that as well and see how many WUs I can do and points I can earn.

The client keeps at least 16 older log files by default, and the current log file can also be checked for WUs. The Welcome topic - viewtopic.php?t=26036 - includes directions on finding those log files. You can even copy and paste the project info from the log into the top field of the app and it will parse it and search for the WU stats entry.
