servers 158.130.118.23 and .26 rejecting connection request

It is impossible to connect to these servers to upload results as the servers reject connection.
This problem arose in the last hour or so (as far as I can tell from the log, starting 15.08 UTC).

Both servers show as "Down" on the server status page - https://apps.foldingathome.org/serverstats. I just checked elsewhere, there was a notice earlier today that the UPenn servers would be down for several hours later today for network work and upgrades. I have asked if that work started early for some reason.

Person in charge of the servers is looking into this, so waiting to hear back. The scheduled downtime was supposed to be for 2-3 hours a bit after midnight local time.

Should be back up and accepting connections. Why they went down is being looked into. As mentioned they will be offline later for a few hours while work is done on the network there and other upgrades are made.
