Projects 12103, 12104, 12105 on FAH! The projects involve short peptide simulations, which are ideal candidates for studying the conformational dynamics of an exhaustive set of peptide sequences. Insights from these simulations can then be used to design therapeutics and biomaterials.
These projects are continuation of 1210[0-2], we have now extended the study to include charged systems.
