I have a 24/48 pc and the cpus are far from being 100% busy, any solution? THANKS.

If this is Windows, there is a maximum of 32 threads on a Work Unit.
I don’t think there are any WUs available currently that use more than 32 threads even on Linux.

You can run multiple CPU slots. Too many of those will effectively reduce the quick return bonus, but in your case a second CPU slot should be fine. Just be sure to set the number of threads per slot, so that the sum doesn't exceed the CPU capacity. You may wanna reserve a thread for the OS and one per PGU slot you are using; a CPU which is 95% busy may be more efficient on folding than one being 100% busy.

Is it a limit of the operating system?
Or can the limit of 32 be corrected in Folding?
A new version of Folding correcting this problem is planned?
Is this parameter accessible in a file?
because with time and the number of cores which multiplies, the problem of the limit of 32 is a real problem...

It’s an API limitation in v7. It can also be a Windows license limitation.
You only have 24 FPUs, so that compounds the diminishing returns of high thread counts. Fah is floating point heavy.
You could try the v8 beta, which can see more than 32 logical cores. But I haven’t heard of anyone getting WUs that use more than 32. WUs have a min and max cpus for v8.
Running two slots of 24 might give good ppd, but you would need to test. I expect one at 32 to give best ppd.
V8 would likely run multiple WUs if you allocate more than 32 cpus. Inefficiently.

I just looked more closely at your images. They seem to be for a different system.

For your Epyc system, you should just make multiple 32 cpu slots. You need to use FAHControl to create the slots.

Beta installed, no more problems with taking into account all the cpus, I looked a bit to activate the gpus (why is it not activated by default?) the display of the units being calculated is spectacular, although a little less animated than the current version.
Tank you.
