Could you provide a bit more of the log to provide context for this failing core download? It would help to know what project was downloaded that required a new folding core and which server it was downloaded from.
iMac 2.8 i7 12 GB smp8, Mac Pro 2.8 quad 12 GB smp6
MacBook Pro 2.9 i7 8 GB smp3
Based on the information that both failing downloads are related to Project 18601, I have notified the person running that project and the person who maintains the download server.

There was a bug in a new version of the WS code that was being tested, it should be fixed now. The WUs should have been dumped after a few tries at getting the core, post here for directions on how to delete them if they stuck around.

If the website administrator copy "Core_22.fah" file and rename to "Core_00.fah" , and host it in "http://cores.foldingathome.org/win/64bit/22-0.0.20/Core_00.fah". Maybe the FAHClient can download it.
( "Core_22.fah" file can be download from "http://cores.foldingathome.org/win/64bit/22-0.0.20/Core_22.fah" )
[10/15/2022 EDIT]
"Core_00.fah" file can be downloaded in "http://cores.foldingathome.org/win/64bit/22-0.0.20/Core_00.fah", but lead to another error:
ERROR:WU00:FS01:Exception: FahCore package has wrong core type OPENMM_22 (34)"
Finally I delete the bad WU and restart FAHClient, the problem solved.

Its stuck. How do I dump it manually? Thanks.
First pause all folding. Then navigate to the work folder in either %AppData%\FAHClient or %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\FAHClient. In your case, then delete the folder inside work named "02" as shown in your log as WU02. When you unpause folding the client should detect the missing work data and move on and download a new WU. If that doesn't happen, pause folding and restart the FAHClient process.

I can go to the URL and manually download the Core_a9.fah file, so it's not a 404...
Core_a9.fah - MD5 94358220E1108F79EFF48B63F333C87E
Following the earlier notes, I paused and deleted the "01" folder. As of now I have no work unit.
Suggestions?
Your download error is from a different cause. Most likely you have a firewall or anti-malware app blocking the download. Many default to blocking downloads over HTTP when not done through a known web browser such as Edge, Firefox, Chrome, and so on. If that is the case, you will need to add an exception allowing the FAHClient.exe to download using HTTP over ports 80 and 8080.
