Slow upload to 128.252.203.11 times out

My internet connection started misbehaving this afternoon and my upload speed dropped from 35+ Mbps to about 2 Mbps.

Now I'm getting this in an endless loop:

I also had this same problem a few weeks ago for days and the uploads were slow, but always completed. So my guess is the timeout on 128.252.203.11 is set lower than other servers. All upload servers should allow for people with even slower upload connections than this.

The timeouts on the servers are usually set to 15 or 30 minutes ... something else must be terminating the connection ...

I deleted the work files to stop it from wasting my limited bandwidth. So project:18201 run:40729 clone:1 gen:10 will end up expiring and being sent out to someone else.

The problem hasn't happened again, but it might not have tried that server yet.

This issue has been reported several times in the last few months. My read of the issue - because it happened to me too, is not that the Server is the prime issue... but that something is configured slightly wrong with project 18201.

The post https://foldingforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=37508 here and https://foldingforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=37456 here were reporting the same failure to upload P:18201 work.

While waiting (and failing) to upload those P:18201 work units to the server, the same computer gets other GPU work units just fine. Finishes, and uploads that work just fine. And it's not even All P:18201 work. Just some work units that get stuck uploading... and eventually 'expire'.
