I would not worry about it too much. Sometime the work/collection servers can take a bit of time to upload the points awards to the stats servers.

Something may be wrong with this server. I asked some researchers to have a look at it.

During last 2 days also lost points for some WUs with work_ack in client logs.
Please check statistics server(s).
