Project 16815 timeout 0 days

Post by ComputerUser »

Hello everyone,

some weeks ago I noticed an issue with the timeout of project 16815 being very short, but now they have gone too far as now it shows 0 days on psummary. This doesn't make any sense and it causes rapid reassignments of the WUs in progress. I think there should be a lower limit to prevent dynamic timeout to reach zero, or am I missing something?

Cheers,

They are aware of the problem, it should be fixed for now.

Projects from that server were included in a test of dynamic adjustments to the timeout, the problem occurred when this project was set to not get a dynamic timeout.

The issue is back. WP 16815 (27, 551, 99) is running on my Mac right now. FAH control shows the same date/time for assigned and timeout: 2021-06-03T17:33:49Z. Also the timeout is 0 days in the project summary page.

The WP is now finished. I got 8779,2 credit points, while the base credit is 3100. So just the displayed timeout was 0 days. Points were calculated based on some timeout > 0.

Now it runs the next WP from project 16815 displaying a zero timeout. Some folks at home may scratch their heads if they don't find this thread.
