Re: Project 16927: credits are coming in
These things take time ... but they do normally get sorted ... I had spotted a post from Joe_H that gave indications these might be about to catch up - nice to have it reported as happening ... Great News and will reduce a fair bit of stress and the number of posts chasing missing stats (at least for a while).
In case anyone is still awaiting their 16927 points ... Sometimes it takes a few batches to get everything sorted so if anyone hasn't got all of their backlog yet probably worth giving it a few days ... There may be an official announcement at some point that "they should have now all been caught up" at which point if anyone has outstanding wus then PRCGs will help track those down ... but for the moment a few days extra patience would make the devs life easier.

Thank you for the update, and a huge thank you to the dev team! Currently, 42 of my most current work units have been credited. I'll keep an eye out for the remaining 46.Neil-B wrote:These things take time ... but they do normally get sorted ... Solved: Project 16927 credits are coming in
I contacted the research lab of the project and told them about the issue. They found a problem on a server and they fixed it. Since march 8 the system is working perfectly. I even gor the credits of all the missing WU's.
