Not getting credit for WUs

[WorksForMe]

Over the last few weeks I have not been getting credit for a lot of WUs. Sometimes it happens two or three times a day, and then it might not happen again for several days. I'm really getting frustrated. Below is part of my log for a WU I didn't get credit for. If anybody could help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

There are a number of server stats issues at the moment ... If you see the Final Credit Estimate line in your logs then the WU has been correctly returned and at some point (days, weeks, or even in bad cases months) you will get the points ... posting a specific server report in the server issues forum quoting with the PRCGs of some of the missing stats wus will help the team track done and sort the servers - the time consuming bit can be sorting out the backdated stats ... and stats issues are lower priority for sorting than issues that impact the science.

In this case fairly sure the server in question has already been highlighted as needing a kick

In this case I wouldn't worry about posting - there are enough samples floating around that the team will know where the issues are (see https://foldingforum.org/viewtopic.php? ... 15#p348497) ... Many people will tend to append a new post to an existing thread for the server in question - but starting a new thread can sometimes be clearer if there isn't a recent thread about missing stats for the server in question.

PRCGs uniquely identify every WU ... see https://foldingforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=61&t=26036 for many useful bits of info but with respect to PRCG it states:

PRCG - Project Run Clone Gen, is used to identify a WU that is assigned to you.
Project: Biological system.
Run: Different starting configuration (positions) of atoms.
Clone: Different starting velocities of atoms (each Run can have multiple Clones with different starting velocities).
Gen: Time sequence (so Clone 1, Gen 2 is sent after Clone 1, Gen 1 is received and processed).
Note: For a given Project number (and Protein name) there are many Runs, Clones and Gens so don't be alarmed if you seem to be processing the same Project/Protein again. The F@H Project doesn't assign duplicate WUs on purpose to keep Donors folding.

Speaking as one who tries to reorganize those reports and direct them to someone who can actually fix the problems, it is very helpful if the issues are reported by server. First determine which WS or CS actually accepted the result and look for a topic discussing that specific sever ... or create one. Adding a "me too" report really isn't valuable except to identify if the same server is still failing many hours later. The timing of previous reports for that server should guide whether you need to report anything at all.
