Try rebooting your system. There is a known bug where the client does not detect that a download, and sometimes an upload has stalled, and does not retry the transfer. An alternate to rebooting is stopping and restarting the FAHClient process.

Yes, a reboot restarted folding. I hate seeing hours lost, so it's good to know that this bug is being worked.
