GPU folding requires a logged in user on Windows, it is a requirement based in Windows security and use of the video subsystem. There is no way around that.
CPU folding should be possible, but I personally have not set up a Windows system recently using a current version of the client to be able to check that out.

Welcome to the F@H Forum Bill H,
Assuming that you're only folding on the CPU, then you can set-up F@H to run as a service on Windows so as long as your system is powered on with an internet connection, it would fold.
The last time I set-up CPU folding as a service on Windows was on Windows 7 (since Windows 10 didn't exist) but haven't done it recently since I fold on my GPU too. However, theoretically, it should work. If not, we are here to help out
