Windows 10 (x64) Client 7.6.21 fails to start after reboot

Installed new 7.6.21 client on windows 10 x64 bit.
Until restart I was able to fold, after restart no longer can. After opening web interaface I'm told that folding is happening, however both CPU and GPU are yellow and in READY state.

have the same problem with my gpu on pc and cpu on Laptop....

After reboot I deleted 7.6.21 client and reinstalled. That fixed the issue for the moment until next reboot. However I noticed that I started getting awfully bad GPU folding PPD (almost half the performance).

Solution: Uninstalled 7.6.21 and reverted back to 7.6.13
