Multiple GPU not working

I got two GPUs and although I got two slots one GPU has activity close to 100% the other stays at 0%. Different applications like Boinc use both GPUs at 100% so from hardware point of view all OK. Both GPUs are AMD RX580.

Slot 1 has GPU index 0 and Slot 2 has GPU Index 1.

Got 2 work ID and each is assign to a different GPU. Both show running on the application and ETA is massively different from GPU to GPU.

I can see GPU at 75C and other GPU at 34 C so definitely one GPU is not working. Different applications show one GPU at 100% and other at 0% and Different Temps (GPU-Z, Radeon Software and Afterburner) all show the same.

Any help?

Posting log with first hundred or so lines detailing config details will help with diagnosis .. without this anything will be guesswork or speculation

Pause one slot. What happens? Resume folding and pause the other one. Wait for things to stabilize. What can you tell us about the assigned projects?
