Set hours of folding automatically

Post by Ibringapples »

Hi all,

I'm wondering if I can assign hours of folding and level of it to try to struggle with the fan noise that doesn't make many things with calm.

For example with a crontab or a little bash script manage with crontab.

So, is there a command that let you change the level or make idle the client?

Would be really useful to get unattended tasks and focus on other ones.

Thanks a lot. :)

For CPU you can also limit the number of thread used by FAH to reduce fan noise. For GPU you can use tools like MSI Afterburner to limit power usage and reduce fan noise.

Yes, by command line or by a script that uses those commands.

May I ask you kindly for the documentation about how to set levels by command line?

Thank you :)
