Which should I use my GPU or my CPU. I've just built an awesome system which has an BFG 8800GT OC and an Intel Quad core QX9650 processor. The machine also has 4gigs or ram and is running in Vista home premium 64bit.
Or, can I run both?
Which should I use?

Sorry, the GPU client only works with certain ATi cards. With a quad, you should run the SMP client, which means you asked this in the wrong place.

And I'll still be here to yell at you. Sorry. Welcome to my world.
General guide:
Single core processor- v5.03, v5.04, v6 beta cpu client (I use v6 beta)
Dual core- slow or less than 24/7 folding- 2 cpu clients
Dual core- at least 1.4 GHz and running 24/7- SMP client
Quad- SMP client or 4 cpu clients if running part time
ATi X19xx video card- GPU client (subtract 1 cpu client from guide above to run GPU)

LOL. Welcome to the heady bunch.
Just run SMP and you'll make lots of points for your team.
Nvidia's are for gaming, ATI's are for folding.
Oh and if you persevere, you'll find we are all friendly, you just have to get to know us a little.
