Both links (points and wus) only bring up the wu certificate.

Still not seeing a points certificate. I'm sure everyone has their hands full and this is low on the list.

known bug ... take the link for the points certificate and lose the end part "&type=score" and it will work

Trying to get certificate for my 1,000,000,000 mark via this URL https://stats.foldingathome.org/donor/25770 then double clicking on the Total Score figure. This results in just getting a certificate for my completed WUs. How can I get the Total Score certificate ?

There is a bug on the website for the URL to generate the certificate. A workaround was posted by someone, do the following:

Copy the link from the Total Score link instead of clicking it, in your case it will look like this:

Code: Select all

https://apps.foldingathome.org/awards?user=25770&type=score
Delete the part after the generated user number, so it looks like this:

Code: Select all

https://apps.foldingathome.org/awards?user=25770
That will generate a certificate with the points.

There is already a problem report on the F@h software development site at GitHub.

Thanks Joe_H for your continuing support to F@H and providing the "Work Around" to solve this issue. :)

Wow, 3-months have gone by and no one has been able to fix this little FUBAR! Yikes!

Really ? ... small glitch = FUBAR ... it is known issue with an easy workaround - lets waste devs time sorting that rather than issues that impact the science shall we? ... and there is a spelling mistake on one of the other pages :eo

Actually as John mentions in the next post the devs have been rather busy (rumour has it one might have actually been allowed to take a well earned break/holiday) ... The issue is logged and priority calls will be made - hopefully at some point this will get resolved but there has been a lot going on :)

Can you folks report the solution here?
https://github.com/foldingathome/fah-issues/issues

Sorry about this, folks---we've had all our dev resources tapped trying to get the science working. We're actively working to onboard folks to make this more pleasant for all of you wonderful volunteers, though---stay tuned!
