Log Shows Bonus Points, But Stats Server Does Not

For the past couple of days or so, I've been noticing that my actual points received aren't reflecting the log. The below project, 16443, has a base credit of 29,327. As you can see from the log, the final credit estimate shows what I assume are the proper bonus points. However, when I check the official stats server, I'm only receiving base credit.

For instance, before the below job completed, my total score was 105,105,339. Once finished, I waited for a little bit, and then refreshed the stats page a couple of times. My score increased to 105,134,666, which is exactly the 29,327 base points for that job. I have several instances of this happening across four systems between yesterday and today. I don't check the stats page that often as I rely on FAHControl and HFM to keep me updated. However, it doesn't seem as if my points are adding up.

Is the remaining credit supposed to update later? If so, that's doesn't appear to be happening in my case either.

I double checked my username/passkey, and both are correct. The status of my bonus is active, and my return rate is 99.46%.

I don't suspect that anyone else is folding under my username. However, I've had a passkey since I started, and have never folded without it. I really don't understand why only some WU's are getting a bonus. This job just finished a little over an hour ago, and I only received base points again. The log is below.

I have no idea how long this has been going on, but it is definitely something I'd like to have corrected. Would you happen to know who I need to contact in regards to checking the logs and adding all of my missing points?

It's my understanding that:
1) Passkey being used is valid
2) Username/Passkey being used is qualified
3) Username/Passkey has maintained >=80% WU return rate
4) It isn't a known server issue
5) Bonus points are being assigned to some but not other successfully completed WUs

The above is exceptionally rare and I haven't seen it mentioned here in the Forum at all... you're the first donor. Generally speaking, all bonus point issues can be resolved by:
1) Using a valid passkey - ensuring that there's no invalid characters like extra space at the end.
2) Ensuring that each combination of username/passkey has qualified for Bonus points - check the stats using the web app.
3) A known Server issue where points weren't credited and would be credited manually with bonus points - check the forum with issues about a particular server

It is an unusual case so the more details you provide us, the better it is as we an understand the root cause. How many clients do you have current folding and can you provide the log files of all of them, specifically the first ~100 lines which contains the system configuration and the client settings?

From what I can see in your Recent CPUs list there is only one system that is not getting the bonus and it's CPUid ends in 12875ED42189C0. Make sure the Passkey's are identical in the config file for all your setups ... ie no extra space at the beginning or end.
It appears to be a system that has two GPUs.

This is going to be embarrassing, but here it goes.

Ever since I started back folding this year, I've noticed something rather strange on my main rig (the one not receiving the bonus). With FAHControl opened and looking under the Work Queue section, the Credit column always listed base points. While it bothered me, I didn't make a big fuss. I Googled the issue, and the results lead me to the conclusion that it was possibly a bug in the application. The log was estimating the correct points, so no worries. Once PantherX stated that the log assumes that donors have already qualified for the Bonus points, I thought to myself, "My username/passkey are correct, so I have nothing to worry about. I'm getting the bonus. This will correct itself." When I double checked the info on each machine, I only looked for a couple of visual indications, which are the green light and Valid Entries match. Every system displayed the same status, so all seemed okay.

Here's the embarrassing part. I never paid attention that it reads "Entries match" even when both fields are empty. Yeah, I know, two blank entries are a match, technically. It's so glaringly obvious now. Lol. Truthfully, I have my login info stored in a text file. I just copy/paste what's needed. Once I get the green light, I set up my slots, enter my flags, and save. Yep, you guessed it! I didn't paste the passkey. What's even more hilarious is that I looked at the Passkey section many times and thought it was hidden as an additional security measure (I swear I'm sober). I never gave a second thought to the missing black circles/asterisks. Seeing the green light hypnotized me. I'm laughing so hard as I can't believe that I'm admitting this! After thirteen years, this really happened? I'm such a n00b!
