Confused as to the stats I'm being shown
When I fist started I did not understand regarding team numbers, so I used my login name and team 1. Then I found how to create a team so I did I then became team 264066. Then I added two more of my lying around Pc's to the cause.
I had a Passkey and now a Team number and those were added to my team.
I then began to see if and how my team was doing, I didn't expect top performance must just an idea of how many Wu's each machine was doing and the credits each machine had accumulated and also the team totals as well.
Folding@Home team scores came in today at WU = 43 with a rank of 253.735. Not sure what Team@Donor is but it gives me the same data.
Then I found the Folding@home Recent CPUs , in which it quite correctly listed 4, the First attempt under team 1 and then 3 under team 264066
The last credit - I get - But not RUN - Clone - Gen.
The I can look at each individual CPUiD - all of which is relevant to that CPUiD, and I seem to understand what its telling me re the Wu Status
The we come to the Bonus Stats User and Passkey details entered I get How many Wu's my Passkey has completed - Me 138?
Now I do not understand the difference between the Team Score of 43 and the Bonus stats WU's finished 138.
Please help me unravel this data.

https://stats.foldingathome.org/team/264066
Shows a summary of your team's performance. It shows all users registered to your team. All stats on this page include everything your team has done since it was created.
So you have one user (Steve_Bishop) registered to team Steve_Bishop.
Whilst Steve_Bishop is registered to ream Steve_Bishop, the user has completed 43 work units and gained 155,624 credits. At the moment, user Steve_Bishop is ranked 253,735 out of 2,670,546.
The team is ranked 155,624 out of approx 270,000. ( I don't know how to find the exact number of teams without some trial and error testing)
https://apps.foldingathome.org/cpu?q=Steve_Bishop
Shows the latest work units the user Steve_Bishop has completed.
This page indicates to me that you have 4 CPU slots assigned across 4 different computers - 1 slot per computer.
Slot states whether it's a GPU or CPU slot.
Last credit states the credit gained by completing that work unit.
Got bonus states that the work unit was completed on time. I think.
Last returned states when the work unit was completed.
Project, Run, Clone, Gen is the ID of the work unit.

Re: Confused as to the stats I'm being shown
Or to expand on that statement, qualifying a passkey is based on the WUs done by a passkey and username combination, which team the WUs were done for is not part of that.HaloJones wrote:Your 138 includes those from team 1 and team 264066

Re: Confused as to the stats I'm being shown
So if i understand you guys , although it shows i have 4 cpu's at work, i only have 3 as one of them team 1 is the same cpu as one of the team 264066.
So the combined WU's of all 4 is 138 but only 43 is the current total of three of the cpu's so team 1 completed 95 Wu's.
Am I getting that right.

Where do I find how to create the small stats boxes you have produced?

Re: Confused as to the stats I'm being shown
Hi ajm,
I've been playing around with the code for my Stats box......The one you created is for my Team 1. This I realised was not a team. so I got my team number, was given 264066.
I am unable to get that number to work in the format you used to get my team 1. I was hoping for Steve_Bishop Team 264066
The link you gave me I have used to try and find out how the number 1037556 is relevant to me. This I found by inputting under user name It shows me as Team 1 and if you click my name it come up with Pande Lab.
So unknowingly I helped them, not a bad thing.....but I dint mean to do that.
That's why I created my own team number.
According to what Ive read for team number to show in the stats box I have to have a score of 12,000 or more
So until then I will wait as I do not want incorrect stats being shown.
Thanks anyway.

Re: Confused as to the stats I'm being shown
If you are using the EOC stats then I believe you might find that your team needs to be in the top 12000 teams and for personal scores your team needs to be in the top 800 teams ... that is how the EOC stats are generated iirc - If the signature block is drawing on those then it will be a while before you get them.

Re: Confused as to the stats I'm being shown
I'm looking at making a DIY stats service for startup donors to get basic stats images from the official stats page. Like a custom RSS feed reader or simple PHP or Py script to fetch results every 5 hours for the stats output. In the meantime, back to churning more until stats get higher.
