Only getting base credit.

I am only getting base credit for WUs. I am using a passkey but I am suspecting there is an issue with it. I am hoping a moderator may be able to sort things out.

Backstory:
I did enter a different username at one point thinking I was just changing my username and then realized you need to use the username associated with the passkey and that's how you get bonus points so I switched it back and reentered the passkey from my email and now I am only receiving base credit.

Also, this is my first day folding.

It looks alright. You just have to complete 10 WUs first. From https://foldingathome.org/support/faq/points/

What are the qualifications for the QRB?
The bonus is applied for users who use a passkey, have successfully returned at least 10 bonus-eligible WUs, have successfully returned 80% or more of assigned WUs, and returned the unit before its Timeout (formerly Preferred Deadline). Bonus points do not apply to partial returns.

For folding you do not need to use the same username in the client as you used to get the passkey emailed to you. You can use the passkey with as many different usernames as you like, it just takes completing and returning 10 WUs for each username and passkey pair entered.

The client has no means of checking whether a username/passkey pairing has met the qualifications for the bonus. The estimates it makes and enters into the log just reflect whether the client has a passkey entry filled out. The first 10 WUs will just get the base points shown at the time the WU was downloaded.
