You can ignore this line, it is now needless. It was used during development, and should have been removed.

It was used a few years ago in an earlier GPU core, Core_17 if I recall correctly. It was part of a last ditch limit on GPU usage, it never worked well. Thermal regulation of GPUs through their firmware or driver is much better now than years ago when this was included in the folding core. It may not even be in an active code path anymore, just needs cleaning up.
