Re: Final Credit estimate = what you really get?
No results may be due to stats system needing some time to catch up, or server overloaded or whatever. Been a lot of issues since F@H blew up due to covid. Keep trying every few hours. Should get something eventually.

Re: Final Credit estimate = what you really get?
You should be able to put just the passkey in on that app (don't worry about username to start with) and it should return a small table with a line for each username associated with it … this might help if there is a miss-type somewhere
I'll just check in case - you need to be really careful (depending on the fonts you use) to make sure all O looking characters are 0 zeros … all the alphabetic characters are lowercase to help differentiate from numerics.

You can also just put the username it seems, no results for CaR at all.

Okay, I checked right now and the system works with my my username. If you can't see any results even with your username, then I am inclined to think that Neil-B's suggestion might be accurate, i.e. your Stats haven't been fully processed yet.

Good to know
yes I imaging it's surely for F@H overwhelmed since COVID wus started, I'll check time to time,
I started folding on 25/3, almost a month so far
thanks again for answer guys, appreciated,

Re: Final Credit estimate = what you really get?
That is quite a long time for it just to be stats server style issue … Are you folding for Industrial Light & Magic by any chance? … If so the WU Stats are showing you have 65 or so WUs completed - If you have had either of the Passkeys in your system for a period of time (say a few days) I would expect a check on the Bonus App using just the passkey to actually show some activity.
Reading back over the thread it is possible that the passkey generator may be case sensitive when generating passkeys for an email address which might explain the difference.
If you are able to copy and paste the passkeys from the original email into the bonus app (don't enter username) then try that and see if anything is shown - then do the same copy and paste from the config file into the bonus app … do the two methods give the same result?

Re: Final Credit estimate = what you really get?
Tried all cases, passkey uppercase, lowercase, no nickname
Just nickname and nothing. Yes folding for ILM, 66 WUs.
Checked other user and the app is fully working.
I imagine almost a month was enough to think it was not a server issue, I was just optimistic and wait
Have no idea, but I don't want to restart with another user/key

Re: Final Credit estimate = what you really get?
When did you apply the passkey(s)? was that in last few days or longer? … and could you post the head of your log as there is a bit in there that may cast some light on this … It should look like this:
You can get the top of your log by refreshing the log in advanced control before copying.

Re: Final Credit estimate = what you really get?
A passkey/username pair from that long ago should be showing on the Bonus app … you have a passkey in you log against your username … therefore a username only search in Bonus should work … the fact that is doesn't is worrying - the only thing I can think of is that the passkey entered is invalid in some way - the obvious would be a miss-type, but you have checked that, so I think someone with the ability to check the logs/data may need to look further into this as I am fairly sure it isn't just the "stats delays" type issue.

And just to triplecheck, I retrieved again the passkey on https://apps.foldingathome.org/getpasskey
and I received again the new one, not the first I'm using since day 1
Original passkey
9xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx3
new one
8xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx2
thanks,
CaR

Re: Final Credit estimate = what you really get?
There is part of me that is thinking that for some reason the 1st one (which is the one you have been using right?) is in someway malformed - and more than just generated off a different email account username combination as it has been in your clients and yet doesn't show in the Bonus app - which is weird unless it actually isn't a valid passkey and is therefore ignored and your client is simply treated as a username without a passkey? … From your post the first passkey appears to be 33 digits whereas the newer one that you have had confirmed again appears to be 34 digits but that might just be the way you have anonymised them - My two passkeys are both 32 digits long so it might just be worth checking this on yours.
I think this is where we wait for one of the team who can do some background checking has a chance to take a further look at this.

Re: Final Credit estimate = what you really get?
Good point, makes completely sense.
But re-checking old pass and new one, both have 32digits.
Anod not the new or old works in the bonuscheck,
surely now I've the second confirmation the new one is the one the system is resending me, but not understanding where the first is coming from, since it arrived the firstday, I saved in chrome and never had to put again,
very silly isn't it?

Re: Final Credit estimate = what you really get?
the new one hasn't been installed in any of your slots so there may not be a record of it in that part of the system … the old one has and should show up if it is a valid passkey I believe.
