I can confirm this is happening. I tried multiple times to receive a passkey using my work email address without success. Also checked the junk email folder and confirmed it didn't end up there. After modifying the team configuration to use my private email address and using that, I received the passkey immediately.
My employer uses Office365 for email, so this is maybe a problem with Microsoft's email servers.
EDIT: Also, my employer uses .com for email, so it's not only a problem with .us addresses as suggested in the first post.
I've been attempting to get a passkey for almost a week now but have yet to receive one. If I enter my info with the 4-hour check, I receive the standard "ERROR: Last email to this address sent less than 4 hours ago. Try again later." message I've seen mentioned in other posts so I know at least that my request was received, but as I said, I've yet to receive an email with the key....not in my inbox, junk, or spam folders which I monitor religiously. Are others still having this issue and if so, any ideas or maybe an administrator through which to escalate this problem?
@BrianLawton Which email domain is the passkey being sent to? It has been a problem with specific ones, and they may need to send out requests to those domains to unblock the passkey email server.

it's redtailcreek.com which I own and have used for years with my business. It uses Exchange hosted via Office365 and I haven't ever had any issues receiving email....or at least I've never had anyone complain they couldn't reach me. How or what would I need to check to see if something is blocked?
We have had a number of reports of blocking on passkey emails to Office365 based accounts. I will bring it up with the person maintaining the emailer to see if they have been contacted.

Thanks Joe!! In the meantime, I'll just keep trying.
Speaking from experience, if it is an O364 issue, I have seen cases where the issue was resolved within 72 hours while others took weeks. Same issue but different response timing
