received passkey is invalid

Post by PopSie »

The passkey looks like bullshit, Client isn't be able to handle.
That's what I received by mail from passkey-page:

Code: Select all

mi^ugj)_[^kuށ&^mi^ugj)_[^!AM((U͕ɹAM(Aͭř͐٘щř͐٘щ()A͔͔ѡ͔Ѽѥمєȁи(()Q԰()K===
How to get a valid passkey?

Do you have a different character set selected on your system or mail client? The mail message is sent in plain ascii text, the passkey itself is a 32 digit hexadecimal string.

Suitably altered, this is what I received when I tested several days ago:
Hello 'username',

Username: 'username'
Passkey: 'passkey'

Please use these to activate your client.

Thank you,

My CHR-Set on PC is '850'.
Looks lik the Mail-Ckient Outlook 2016 is producing bullshit.
I loged in on Domainfactory-Webmail and the Content of the mail Looks OK as plain text.
But if I use the plain text with past and copy, the FAHcontrol reqesting a 32 character hex string.
The plain text I received is far away from 32 character:

Code: Select all

SGVsbG8gUG9wU2llLAoKICAgIFVzZXJuYW1lOiBQb3BTaWUKICAgICBQYXNza2V5OiA4YzFmZjNk
NmY2NGJmZjgzOGMxZmYzZDZmNjRiZmY4MwoKUGxlYXNlIHVzZSB0aGVzZSB0byBhY3RpdmF0ZSB5

Thx for Help.
