WU sent but didn’t show up in stats
Currently on mobile so not going to post log files.
I have 2 computers currently running F@H. This issue is on the second computer. Sent WU, server acknowledged WU but checked EOC stats after that after it had updated and shower 0 WUs. Happened 2/2 times to that computer today. Checked all identity configs and they’re identical. Meanwhile WUs from pc 1 being shown without error.

Re: WU sent but didn’t show up in stats
Stats are a bit flaky under the increased workload -- should be better now, but stats are a lower priority than the science, From experience the points are safe, just not processed through the system.

Just checked EOC and it got the WU I sent later. I guess those 2 WUs are lost now :’(

Re: WU sent but didn’t show up in stats
I appreciate and respect that the science is the top priority. It's a little frustrating that the stats, at least for me, aren't updating. I did a few WUs yesterday (the 28th) and a few today (the 29th), yet my donor page says last WU was received on the 27th.
This is the log copied and pasted today from the FAHControl and searched with grep:

I am in the same boat. Stats haven't updated since 3-27, but I have been Folding all weekend and actually brought a second machine online that day. I am ok being patient, but I haven't seen any formal acknowledgement of this particular issue by F@H themselves.

Re: WU sent but didn’t show up in stats
viewtopic.php?f=86&t=33193#p317298, not specifically stats but take that with my first post above.
Folding life is busy, why would you expect researchers to take time from the science to post pointless (pun intended) messages?
BTW, I am an internal F@H tester (don't ask), so I do have access to both the most experienced folders and to some members of the science team.

Re: WU sent but didn’t show up in stats
Sure, the researchers are busy. But the points and the serving of work and receiving of results is automated, so it should run without user intervention. I'll also add that I'm not doing this for the points, but some people at work have a friendly competition going, so it would be nice to see them

Re: WU sent but didn’t show up in stats
The stats are not currently automated afaik - the swamped servers put paid to that along with the rapidly expanding capacity overwhelming flows .. the same people who are dealing with expanding the capacity are also the ones who can solve the stats - probably best not to have them stop sorting the AS and WS to sort out stats at this point ... Be patient - the stats will catch up, but at the moment getting the science throughput maximised appears to be the priority,

Re: WU sent but didn’t show up in stats
EOC works for some but only does top 10000 teams and 800 individuals iirc ... iirc take the raw data output (which may be missing data with some of the current issues) and stats up that subset ... but if it covers what you want then it will be better than the FAH stats pages at the moment.

Re: WU sent but didn’t show up in stats
Stats should be automatic, just that the links in the chain need to be configured and the servers kept healthy (mainly disk space). The workload is intense at present so some of these get delayed. Sorry about your "friendly competition" but the science is a priority, especially when fighting COVID-19.

Re: WU sent but didn’t show up in stats
If any WUs appear not to be credited by this time tomorrow, we need to know the project(run, clone, generation) to search for it.

Re: WU sent but didn’t show up in stats
@davidcoton ... does that include cases where people believe they may have been credited incorrect stats (ie Base without QRB)? ... not for myself but so that I can help spread this message if I see new posts.
Edited for clarification (further to post from bruce follows): "ie Base without QRB returned within Timeout"
