WU's not crediting since yesterday?
I set up a team for the wife and I's computers while we're home and have been letting them run. I noticed that even though I'm completing all the WU's coming down the pipe, they haven't credited to me since yesterday morning. I'm folding with a 2080ti and a 3950x, and a 2700x and 2080. We're putting in millions of credits a day but neither of us are getting credited. This started happening yesterday. Logs show completion, upload and clean up, then hunting for the next WU, but no credit for them. Is something going on with the WU's not crediting?

Whoa, thanks for the help with all those GPUs!
The stats system is just under very high load from the massive numbers of new users that have join F@h, so sometimes it takes a while for all the points to show up. If you got credit for them, they'll show up there in a day or two. You can also put your username into https://apps.foldingathome.org/cpu and see the credit for the recent workunits. You have put in a passkey, right?

F@h is now the top computing platform on the planet and nothing unites people like a dedicated fight against a common enemy. This virus affects all of us. Lets end it together.

With such a contribution, you sure will appear on https://folding.extremeoverclocking.com - just enter your user name or your team # on the left side (not forgetting to chose User Name or Team ID in the drop-down menu). Their stats are updated more frequently (and are nicer to consult, if you ask me). For example, my stats on https://stats.foldingathome.org/donor still are stuck at 2020-03-27 22:50:53 (that is, some 30 hours ago) whereas I can see my results from a few hours ago on https://folding.extremeoverclocking.com
Maybe hit their jar, too, if you like what you see.

Thanks! I’ll take a deeper dive to see what’s updating after today - they weren’t updating today’s units either - very strange! I’d hate for all that workload to be wasted right now.

Oh, wow - yes that site's amazing and does show the units. I'm glad they weren't lost to the ether. Thanks for that recommendation!

Please fix your stats page folding at home.

Re: WU's not crediting since yesterday?
Stats will get sorted at some point ... resource is currently focused on ramping up to serve out WUs to a massively increased folding pool and get results safely in ... this work means the stats service is struggling ... The team will sort it out but please dont hold your breath ... with the focus on getting the science working as fast as possible, a weekend, and the logistical challenges the current pandemic is causing in all walks of life including no doubt academia and the team we all need to just let them get on with it and be patient.
Even if the points system and stats takes weeks or months to stabilise and recover (hopefully not but who knows) the important thing is actually to get as much science done as quickly as possible ... stats will catch up as/when they can.

Re: WU's not crediting since yesterday?
Gotcha - glad to hear that - mine havent updated in 3 days - usually they update every hour or so. Seems like something's broken?

By contrast I can use the nifty link provided here that shows tons of work since then like this:

Any thoughts on what's going on here?

Re: WU's not crediting since yesterday?
Define broken - See above everything is overloaded and the many posts on multiple threads and a sticky highlighting this ... Overloaded systems, A focus on remediating issues with throughput as the science comes first, a weekend and the person working on the servers does the stats as well and occasionally needs to sleep (as I saw explained elsewhere), I'll through in the possibility that people supporting this may also need to look after themselves and their families ... but not sure if that counts as broken .. Be patient - Stats will catch up at some point, the team will know how much people want to see their stats - but if the stop to sort them out then efforts to scale out and resolve the AS and WS overloading will suffer.

Re: WU's not crediting since yesterday?
Gotcha - I assumed stats were offloaded and compiled and displayed via automation and not manually calculated - hence my broken possibility question. I wasn't checking all the stickies or others I was just replying to those kind enough to respond here as when I posted it wasn't a result I received when I first searched.
The mass of people willing to help seems like a good type of overload to have - and I'm sure them scaling up to some degree is helping. I just thought it was strange another third-party site could access all the data but it wasn't available on the main FAH stat site. If everyone's 2-3 days from any WU's or credits posting then I guess I'm in the boat with them and all's well.
**As long as the work is getting uploaded and completed is all I actually care about here for the record - I won't get a free toaster if I get XXX number of points or anything - but it's my only measure of whether my efforts are helping or being discarded so I am concerned. I guess we'll see either way! = )**

believe they should be automated ... but with the server loadings at max issues were occurring - I believe (may well be wrong) that there is a human in the link now.

Re: WU's not crediting since yesterday?
Automated scripts to handle the stats that sometimes need a whack to keep operating. Little bugs that never showed up with 10,000 people folding, now become a problem with 200,000.
The third party site is using the results of a simple script that just lists point and WU totals and outputs to two text files. One is for donors, the other is for teams. The site has to load the files, do calculations to determine the differences, i.e. WUs and points since the last file, and use that to create the display sprovided there. And even that script to create those files used by any third party site who wants to download them breaks, or stops running every so often.

It all makes sense - I look forward to the massive spike when things catch up! That’s a ton of volunteers putting in a lot of electric bill payments lol
