FAH Client will not start after installing

Hello everyone
I have installed the FAH client on my PC, but it will not even start. When I click the shortcut nothing happens except a process starts in Task manager, and no matter how long I wait no setup screen appears. I have pasted the log file here, can anyone help me with this?

Hi and welcome to the forum. The last line in the log file seems to be the biggest clue. It looks like you've paused the software. How did that happen?

You should be able to see a Folding@home icon in the taskbar down by the clock. If you right-click and selected Advanced Control, it should bring up a front-end called FAHControl. If you can't get it running, I'd recommend reinstalling and checking the "start F@h automatically"option (or a similar name) on the last screen.

This, nothing pops up in the task bar. When I open FAHControl through start menu it stays stuck on "Connecting Inactive".
