Can confirm bad Gateway/Gateway Timeout is still a problem.

Understood. Huge numbers of points records going into the database and too many people trying to see their own points. Essentially the DB is getting a DoS attack.

Confirmed that bad gateway is still a problem. Are there any proxy/mirror sites where stats can be viewed?

https://folding.extremeoverclocking.com/ is still updating successfully. They say they get stats from flat files, but I haven't found where those are yet.

Hi All,

I know this is a few days old now, but I just wanted to ask: As the bad gateway error appears to have now been solved (at least from my perspective), are all your stats updating again? I ask because I'm still not seeing mine update, despite having completed quite a few WU's since the bad gateway issue was resolved. Is anyone else having this issue?

The way stats lookups work has been reorganized to reduce the load on the database itself. Now they go to a copy, I have an inquiry in as to what kind of delay this can cause before points from a newly turned in WU will show up.

Ahh, ok, so it's not that things aren't getting counted, but rather simply that there now an unknown delay. Great stuff, thanks for letting me/us know

Hey Joe, does it mean that we just have to wait? I have multiple units finished during last 20 hrs, but I am not sure if it was uploaded.

Yes, but try later this evening. The person getting this going found something stuck and got out a big hammer to unstick it.

Just wanted to give the FYI that the Flat files appear to be stuck as of the 4 am EDT update. Poking at the Stats site indicates the frontend for the non-flat file display side is also having speed issues.

There was just an update posted with the 7am EDT timestamp and the frontend appears to be sped back up. Hopefully everything's back to normal!
