Noob needs help with GPU setup and advanced indexing setting

Changing the index is not what you need to do. That should happen automatically if all GPUs have the right drivers when FAH is restarted.

After installing new GPUs be sure to update the drivers from the manufacture's website.
Having a mixture of NVidia and AMD GPUs takes some special care to get all of the drivers installed and working.

Then restart FAH. (reboot?) If that doesn't work, try reinstalling FAH.

You might as well take out the middle card shown, the one using the Cedar Pro, it will not be usable for GPU folding as it does not support Double Precision. That should simplify setup a bit.

The card could have been doing something strange or had some driver incompatibility going on. Even loading the "same" driver version from AMD, the two cards are based on different chip architectures and would have different code loaded to support them.

Do watch for possible issues if you update the drivers. On Windows that has been known to change the device indexes and sometimes cause the folding slot associated with each card to now point to the other.
