Firstly well done on getting into the press
I completely understand that you are up to your eyeballs
As a Newby i thought i would give some hopefully constructive feedback
download and installation was great
Asking for a username and passkey (which has know issues not so great. error check for white space etc before focus leaves username
having over come these niggles got to the web dash board where cpu gpu are all @ 0% - further investigation shows trying to download work package no status indicating this on web dash only on thick client.

All of the above should be generic by the "we are being offered more support than we can handle at present please rest assured that we are working on scaling up our task servers and getting passkey off spam lists"

Keep up the great work and hope i can download a task

Web control interface was designed when project had servers capable of handling all the users. Now that servers are overloaded, everything is upside down, not just web control.
There are plans to address all the issues, but priority right now is to get more servers, and more work units related to COVID, and these two things are being worked on with full dedication right now
