155.247.164.213 and .214

Post by magdaddy »

I have two work items stuck the queue for a few days. They can't send work server 155.247.164.213 and collection server 155.247.164.214. How do I requeue or purge the work?

I successfully uninstalled and deleted the data. I'll try again.

I'm not sure there's anything you can do on your end to get those WUs to upload if the server isn't accepting them (I have one also). You don't need to do anything to clear them out. The client checks the expiration date before trying to upload a WU; if it sees that a WU has expired it will delete it instead. So they will go away on their own once it's safe to delete them; prior to that, there's still the possibility of the server accepting them. They don't prevent your computer from processing other work units, so there's no harm in leaving them there until they expire.
