How to get individual Donor Stats/Diploma. Multiple users

So I'll cut to the chase here.

I created a new account named "RicardoMarques" and already started folding quite a bit on it. 4WU just yesterday (not sure if that's decent or not but I'm proud). However I can't seem to be able to get a diploma/certificate with my WUs because there's already 2 users with that name (I would have checked before creating my account but as usual Stats were down) and unfortunately one of them as over 1500WUs so whenever it generates a new diploma I always get one with 1500 WUs which is false and as such also useless to me.

I already had quite some WUs on my old username which wasn't so nice so I decided to start from scratch, but I wasn't keen on doing it again.. I'm using a passkey so to me this should be something obvious.

I managed to get my individual stats from an overclockers forum but not this certificate..

Any help?

My other solution would be to create a new name but I'd like to avoid this for now if possible.

I really do think your best best would be to change the name and get a new passkey for it. That way the certificate would be just for you.

Thanks for the help with the 4 workunits. Absolutely every bit helps. There's a huge load on the servers and workunit queue right now and I'm hoping things get better once they get new servers online and more projects into the queue.

Yea I think I'll change it. Still I'm sure that's something that can and will easily be fixed in the future because nothing is stopping someone to chose another name similar to my new one and overlap me. (or add to mine idk).

I know 4 units is very little (I actually had over 20 in my old account and have around basically 4 more at 90% that I can kickstart my new account. I Folded many years ago but looking to come back hehe) compared to some old timers here that have thousands of them but still I think it's something that while not critical it's still a bit important. I believe anyone here does it for the cause but those stupid points for bragging rights and a low res certificate are actually very important to keep people around (and it's why they exist). I plan to put mine on LinkedIn to "recruit" even more people.
