Unable to upload WU, stuck on send

Hi, I've completed WU 11758 (0, 954, 0)

and I'm unable to upload it. I'm stuck on the Send phase, these are my logs. I'm not sure how to proceed, please advise. I have 6 days to upload this unit.

Parts of F@H are overloaded with the enormous response to several social media references. The team are working on adding additional resources, please be patient. Just consider what it's like for the researchers who are generating many times more work than a week ago. A Pause/Fold cycle or a restart may help (but don't do it too often as it defeats the system for reducing load under fault conditions). The system should not lose the work you have done.

I think this may be the same problem I, and others, are experiencing and describing in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=32492&start=15

I do not believe this is an overloading issue (see my last response in that thread).

I'm also having an issue uploading my completed WU, 11758 (0, 1145, 0).

Edit: ended up uninstalling and reinstalling to clear it. It seems to be working "fine" for now. Hoping I don't get 11758 again until the issue is fixed though.

The issue has been passed up the chain. Tech support is working on many issues, so a reply may take time.

Just would like to throw my hat in the ring that WU 11758 also is stuck on "send" for me as well. It's been at 100% for nearly a full day now. I will try reinstalling F@H to see if the problem is fixed once my current CPU project is completed.

It's an upstream problem. I don't think it's likely that reinstalling will fix the problem. I'd say to just let it be and the server will accept the work when they finish the work. There's so many new volunteers and they're working on keeping up with demand.

Reinstalling clears the WU, so it at least allows you to move on and continue supporting other WU's

The WU stuck in upload should not stop you getting a new WU (download permitting, which may or may not be the same issue). Reinstalling will lose the work and will not advance the project any faster -- indeed it will reduce available work until the timeout occurs and the unit is re-issued.

Please regard reinstallation as a last resort when you F@H installation is totally and irretrievably broken.

I have a pending 11758 as well but it doesn't prevent me from downloading a new WU, well other than the "normal" disturbance. Ongoing for 24 hours.

Same here but I can't seem to send any of my completed jobs.

Been running it on and off for a week now. First I figured it might be due to servers being overloaded but alas....
Any news from the support and/or the dev team on this matter?
